Cync continues to expand its own lighting portfolio and will be in direct competition with Philips Hue and Nanoleaf in the future. To that end, the company unveiled some new lamps at CES.

GE Lighting has announced numerous new lamps. These include the Cync Dynamic Effects Smart Hexagon Panels, which are similar to the Nanoleaf Shapes Hexagons, and not just in name. This is a modular lighting. These are to be available with six modules for $169.99 and ten modules for $199.99.

But the Cync Dynamic Effects Smart Neon-Shape Lights are also similar to well-known products, such as Twinkly Flex. The neon light tube can be wall-mounted in any shape and is said to come in various lengths starting at $79.99.

In addition, GE Lighting has announced the Cync Dynamic Effects Smart Bulb for $12.50 and a smart plug for $15.00. Both devices are said to be the first from the manufacturer to support the new smarthome standard Matter. More devices are to follow in the course of the year.

Cync Wafer Downlight

The Cync Reveal HD Plus Full Color Wafer Downlights is scheduled for release in the third quarter of 2023. This is said to offer a “whiter white” and come with a particularly slim profile.
