Aqara continues to go full throttle and has introduced new products. In addition to the already known Light Strip, there will also be a new ceiling lamp, switches in a new design and a curtain motor in the future, our friends at HomeKitNews report.
Aqara Light Strip T1
The Aqara Light Strip T1 has addressable LEDs and can thus display multiple colors simultaneously. The two-meter Light Strip comes with ten color zones and supports Adaptive Lighting.
In addition, the integrated microphone should animate the light to music and other sounds. With Zigbee 3.0, the device requires a hub from Aqara.
Aqara Colour Ceiling Light T1
We are particularly excited about the new colored ceiling lamp, which also illuminates the ceiling thanks to two bulbs. While Aqara has previously released a T1 ceiling light, it can only display warm to cool white.
With the new ceiling light, it is now possible to display colors in addition to warm and cool white. The lamp with a diameter of 50cm is also compatible with Adaptive Lighting.
Aqara Curtain Motor C3
Less known in this country are curtain motors that come with its own rail. However, Aqara will soon offer a new model, the Curtain Motor C3, which is said to be able to pull up to 80kg and will support very heavy fabrics accordingly.
At the same time, the curtain can be closed or opened both intelligently and by hand. At the lowest speed, the volume is said to be just 26dB, which roughly corresponds to the breathing noise.
Aqara Smart Wall Switch
There is currently little information regarding the new switches. However, the pictures promise a new design, with both horizontal and vertical switches. Moreover, they seem to be wireless switches.
All devices will be compatible with Apple HomeKit. It is not yet known when the new devices will be available.
